I made for a dear friend who loves sweets soo much... specially cakes and cup cakes...

so made a centre step card with neon colors... and loads of cupcakes and a beautiful cake.. bright and colorful...

so here It is a simple layered bday card... easy peasy... :)
mad it bright and cheerful.. just the way I like. :)
